Kristen knew in high school she wanted to immerse herself in the fashion and beauty industry. She obtained her cosmetology license and then proceeded to go to college for Fashion Merchandising, Marketing and Management. After college, she was immediately offered a position in Mary McFadden Couture’s showroom. It was here that she learned the ins and outs of the industry; management, marketing and VIP relations. After a few years, she was offered a position as an assistant at a beauty agency and an agent was born. Over 15 years of experience and now she’s moving on to her next step, running her own brand and helping build the brands of others.
